M. Sarmento Rodrigues, Comanding Office of the Lisbon Naval School, has proposed that his School dedicate to her South African colleague, S. A. S. Saldanha, a biographical sketch of Antonio Saldanha, the discoverer of Table Bay, originally called Saldanha Bay.
